95 windows helppppp

hi, ok, i have 95 windows,now , and i need to know if
there is any where that i can download a free upgrade to
98, and save it on cd, and install it on the 95 to
upgrade? any help woul d be nice,
i havea upgrade for xp, but can use it , unless i get it
upgradeed to a 98.

Microsoft has never made Windows 98 available for download, and it's
unlikely that they ever will.

Windows 98 Retail Upgrade or Retail Full can both be used to upgrade an
existing system. They are often available on Ebay, or through the on-line
computer software stores. Avoid the OEM versions, which are often cheaper
but which are designed to be installed to an empty hard disk and probably
can't be used to do an upgrade.

i;ve seen a number of posts stating that you can actually use your win95 cd
to serve as a qualifying product when using an XP upgrade cd.
at any rate you do *not* have to install win98...all you need do is insert
the
"qualfying" cd during the installtion when asked
