I formated C: and
downloaded a bootdisk but now
i dont know what to do.Im trying
to install windows 95 by the way.
But the recovery cd that came with my computer,
i dont know what to do??? my computer
is a pentium 1 NEC.Also it wont
how you say ? auto run.It just loads
the bootdisk then takes me to ms-dos.
I know that i need to type R: to get to my
cd drive but what do i click
to install windows
?????

At the R:\> prompt, type in
SETUP
and press Enter. This works for the standard W95 CD and many recovery disks.
If it doesn't work for you, then NEC maybe able to tell you the command to
type, or you can do
DIR
and press Enter and you may be able to work out from the list that appears
what command you need to type.
