I am unsure what you mean by "the booting setup screen". Is this a
display provided by a program you have installed?

If you pressed F8 when the computer was first starting and you
selected DOS and you want to start Windows, you can try entering
"win".

If you went into DOS Mode from Windows and you want to return to
Windows, enter "exit".

If your computer always starts in DOS and does not automatically
initiate Windows, use a text editor to edit the file named msdos.sys.
Look for a line that says "BootGUI=0" and change it to "BootGUI=1".
