USB port added to PC

Added a Belkin USB 2-port PCI card to a Compaq PC for use
with a printer. Never got a prompt to install on PC. Old
printer was hooked up to an LPT1 port. Can anyone help?

Win95 has essentially no USB support
if your printer has a parallel port...use that
