I have Windows 95. I just upgraded by HP LaserJet II
printer to an HP LaserJet III. The person I bought it
from said, "Just plug it in and reconfigure." Not knowing
how to reconfigure, I asked and got the answer, "Just go
to 'My Computer' and follow directions. I did that and
have come to the instruction to insert disk Microsoft
Windows 95 CD-Rom. I have inserted that disk (it says,
"Microsoft Windows 95 CD-ROM Setup Boot Disk"). I get the
error messages that the "FINSTALL.DLL" file is not found.
How can I get this file? Thank you.

Your "Setup Boot Disk" is a floppy diskette, the system is asking
for a CD-ROM...
