Does anyone know how to download this update? When I
download the item, thenext screen shows a torn sheet of
paper. I am unable to install the Palm Desktop software
for my Palm Pilot without this update. Any suggestions?

Backup your registry, then delete the following registry key.
You may have to restart the computer for the change
to take effect.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Plugins\Extension\.exe
