access forbidden

can u help
can connect to internet but when try to acces websites
message comes up

This is just specific Web sites, right? Not all Web sites?

That message (a 403 error) means that you aren't supposed to be there,
either because nobody is supposed to be there or because you don't have the
right credentials (user name / password). For example:
http://aumha.org/errors/403.htm
