Can I uninstall win 95 and then install win98 second
edition?

Yes - no problems. However before you unistall win95 (like format the drive)
use the win98SE CD to make a boot disk with CDROM support.

Take a look here for some information

Hi,

Whenever, you install a new operating system, you have to install the
compatible drivers for the devices installed in your system.  Before
installing Windows 98 Operating system, ensure that you have  compatible
Windows 98 device driver. For further assistance, I recommend you contact
the manufacture.

Regards,

Before I removed a working OS, I would ask myself,
do I really need to update? Is the computer doing
everything I need? And then, is my computer POWERFUL
enough to run windows98se?
