deleting files

my nephew decided to delete some files to run a game not
been computer minded he deleted nost of what u need to run
the pc
it was windows 95 then had been upgraded to 98 i dont have
any of the disks and  nephew as lost his so how can i get
his pc back up and running wont even go to safe mode

Sounds like your best bet is to just reinstall Windows.

You don't really have any option other than to get the CD or floppies from
somewhere.  Even if you got back the files that were deleted, you are going
to need those disks again before long.  They are sometimes available on
e-Bay, or at the on-line stores.

You can get a boot disk at www.bootdisk.com.  Data recovery software might
find those deleted files, but it's not likely.
