I've recently installed a new motherboard (Shuttle AK32E)
and processor (AMD Athlon 1600+) in my system.  I'm
currently using Windows 95. When I reboot the computer, I
receive an error message stating: When intializing device
IOS: Windows protection error.  I've been able to start in
Safe mode.  While in Safe Mode, I tried to load the setup
program/drivers for the AK32E. The setup loaded, but before
it could execute, I received a message: Registry entry
error.  Can anyone help me solve this problem.

Thanks,

Steve
