forgotten username and password

I have pc with windows 95 on it. But I have forgotton
username and password. Is there anyway I can bypass this
or create another username and password? I have mislaid my
windows 95 setup cd.

In the folder C:\WINDOWS find the password file with a .PWL extention
and either rename it or delete it.
