Reformatted c drive

I have ibm thinkpad 600 i let my grandson use (mistake)him
and his brothers reformatted the hard drive I have tried
to reinstall windows but my dvdcd drive is removeable with
my a drive i get the boot disk to work but then it won't
detect my dvdcd drive Help Please I only have 95 on cd I
need floppies I think. Or if you know a way to get it to
read my dvdcd drive. Thanks

What kind of removable CD-Rom Drive do you have?

You need to put a driver for your dvdcd on to your boot
disk before you can use the dvdcd. Insert the path or file
name for the driver into your config.sys file on the boot
disk, then your dvdcd will read the Win95 Cd.
