I need to know if anyone out there knows where I can get a recovery cd for a IBM Think Pad. I called IBM they said they didn't have them anymore. They have "disk images" rather than installable programs, and they'll have drivers and utilities written for the specific hardware the particular machine came with from the factiry. If your 600 has EXACTLY the same motherboard, video chipset, bus architecture, memory configuration, BIOS version, etc, etc, etc, one of them might work.
