is there any trick to installing win 95 onto a empty hd
formatted with FAT32 off of a cd?

The 95 on the CD has to be 95b or later.
The original 95 & 95a have no idea what FAT32 is.

You'll also need a "boot" floppy with the proper drivers so the
system will be able to see the CDROM drive.

>Are you sure you don't have to have FAT 16 for win95? if
so maybe you should reformat your HD, and re-partion it
with a Fat 16 primary DOS partition.
