My windows 95 hasn't been turned on for about 5 months.
Was working fine.  Turned it on - it came up the windows
95 screen flashed on, then disappeard and the c:> promt
appeared.  Tried to get it up, and the setup had dropped
off on the COSmo setup page.  Got that back on.  Then it
came up with invalid system disk.  used my windows 95
floppy startup disk and it won't bring it up.  Used a
start up disk that I had made, and that won't bring it
up.  Gets me to the a:> and then won't accept anything.
I can get it to the c:> but then it won't accept anything
else I try.  Was reading on the posted replies and read
the one that said to boot with the floppy and at the a:>
to type SYS C: and then enter.  I just did this and it
got me back to where I was a few days ago!  The windows
95 startup screen flashes on for about 2 seconds and then
it's right back to the c:>.  Can anyone help me?  What
can I do to get Windows 95 to boot on up?  My clock has
held the time and date, so battery must be ok!  Thanks!!

You need to re-visit your first problem - what was the setup that had
dropped off the CMOS setup page, what did you do to get it back, and how did
you validate that it was back correctly?
