How can I get the PCMCIA slot work on my laptop (Acer
Extensa 355) with windows 95. There is in this moment no
possibilities to upgrade to w98.

Acer doesn't show a 355 model and no drivers for Windows 95 on
the 365 model:

There are sites that contain a detailed description of the process, but they
are usually found under specific items of PCMCIA hardware rather than under
PCMCIA. See, for instance:
