What exactly is the procedure you are following to re-install Windows 95,
and what exactly is happening, including the exact error message you are
receiving and exactly when in the process the error is occurring.

It is a T4600c laptop white dos 3.01 and know i want to instole win95.
Only it is not possible to instole anything on this machine. When i use
a floppy disk (the machine has only a floppy drive) it only read the
non-exe file´s. Perhaps it´s a security utillitie and have i to change
the config.sys/autoexe.bat??

You haven't described what you are doing and what happens.  For instance,
are you inserting a floppy disk in the drive and using the DIR A: command?
If so, what is the floppy disk, what is being displayed, and how is this
different from what you expect to see?

If you are using DOS 3.01 on the Toshiba, then I do not understand how you
are viewing the disk using file manager.   Do you mean that you are using
Windows 3.1 on the Toshiba, and you are viewing the disk using Windows File
Manager?

The file might be hidden. Access the disk on your PC using Explorer, select
the file, right-click it, and choose Properties. Make sure Hidden is not
ticked.
