Trying to install a logitech marble man mouse on Windows
95.  Because it will not recognize it, I need to go change
a few things in Regedit.  Unfortunately, whenever I try to
open Regedit, I receive the message "Regedit has been
disabled by administrator."  How do I enable this?  This
is on my grandfather's computer; he has dementia and is
unable to shed any light on how to undo this.

Thank you!
