PLEAS HELP!
I RECENTLY SUBSCRIBED TO SBC YAHOO DIAL UP SERVICE WHICH
REQUIRES WINDOWS 95B, DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE I CAN GET AN
UPGRADE FOR THIS OR DO THEY EVEN HAVE ONE.  I DON'T HAVE
ENOUGH RAM SPACE TO UPGRADE TO WIN 98.

THANK YOU

Windows 95B was never a product that was released to the public. It
was available only in conjunction with the purchase of a new computer
or a new harddisk.

I recommend that you buy additional RAM and install Windows 98.
Windows 98 is no longer an active product but it is still for sale
from some dealers. The typical price seems to be around $100. RAM is
available at modest prices. For Windows 98, your computer should have
at least 24 MB of RAM.

However, think carefully before you do any of these things. A new
computer can be bought these days for as little as $300. You could
easily spend more than that upgrading an obsolete machine.

Please don't SHOUT, it hurts the eyes.

Get rid of Yahoo and find a service provider that doesn't care about which
version of the OS you are using.

Hi Stephanie!

I'm sorry i can't help you, but maybe you could help me -
how can I get an upgrade from Windows 95 to Windows 98 SE?
I can't buy it, and Microsoft is no help. It sounds like
you've been through an attempt already.

Thanks!
