I keep getting an error message that says: A Required DLL
file, WS2_32DLL was not found. Is there any way to get a
download for it.  This message pops up about every 5
minutes.  I've spent hours cleaning out all of my old
files because a friend told me this was why I was getting
the message.  I was able to scan disk and it said no
errors, but when I was trying to defrag I got about 56%
tops and then it just kept starting over.  This went on
for an hour before I finally stopped it.  Any help would
be greatly appreciated.  Thank You

YOu've got a program running in the background that wants this dll.  Bring
up your task manager and list here what is running.  I'd be willing to bet
that there is something that we can shut down, fix, or remove that will fix
the error message.
