Need Win95 Product Authenticity number for old compter

I have a very old Toshiba laptop that I still use. I
recently reformatted hard drive and don't think I ever
had the number. Now I can't boot up the compter without
it.Toshiba has not been helpful. Is there any way I can
buy a new license? Or any other suggestions?

A license with a product ID should be available at e-Bay or at the on-line
computer software stores.
