I have tried to download Internet Ezplorer upgrades and
found that I couldnt. I then tried to download other
programs from other sites on the net and couldnt. I even
tried to save a picture (Star trek Art, yes I am a big fan)
from a site I had saved from before and it still didnt
work. I have tried cleaning out all downloaded programs
and temp internet files, and still nothing works. I am at
a loss, if anyone has an idea that could help I would be
greatfull.

Please give details of exactly what happens when you try.
Please also supply details of the file type(s) this happens with, e.g.
.exe
