I have an operating system Windows 95 (4.00.950 B IE 5
5.50.4522.1800)sitting on my Medion MultiMedia PC.

I want to upgrade to Windows 98.

How can this be done?

You have to buy a copy of Windows 98. Search the Internet for sellers.
If you have a normal desktop computer, I recommend that you buy a
Microsoft version rather than an OEM version. If you have a laptop, I
recommend that you consult it manufacturer to see whether you need a
version of Windows that has been modified.
