I need help! (of course, why else would I be here!)  I
have an old laptop I had to relaod w/original software. It
came w/windows 95. I need windows 98 in order to use my
wireless network card.  I only have (several) Windows 98SE
update CDs that came w/other computers.  It won't load as
it requires windows 98 to be on system first.  Is there a
workaround for this?  Thanks!

The Update CD can only be used to update a Windows 98 system to Windows
98SE.  There is no way around this. To do an upgrade from Windows 95 you
need a retail full or a retail upgrade CD.
