The song on the CD

On the installation CD for windows 95 there is a song,
actually there are 2, but one, I know who sings it.  My
question is, who sings the song with the lyrics "good
times bad times give me some of them"?  Its a girls
singing the song but what is the name of the band?

Actually the song is from her solo album "Picture Perfect Morning."
