Help- my father is operating on Windows 95 and when he
reboots his PC he gets an error message telling him that
it cannot run DLL- dynamic library link. I am not on
windows 95 and troubleshooting over the phone is tough. He
has recently installed some new software for web access
and I believe that something in the software is corrupt.
he can operate most systems such as MSWorks and but web/e-
mail is causing problems

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  J

If the error happened after a change in software, undo the change (uninstall
the last piece of software).

Then, I'd recommend installing IE 5.5 with Outlook Express, just to make
sure that web and mail are back up and running.
