I've used Mail Merge numerous times (with my job).  I
found this strange error that has happened, and I cannot
figure out what is going on.  I have a huge excel
spreadsheet of data that I am pulling into a plain Word
Document (letter format) ... it pulls in numerous fields
from this excel spreadsheet.  Out of 3,500 letters I
produce there are 144 right in the middle of the pile of
output letters that are keeping SOME of the information
from the previous person.  Then all of a sudden it stops
and works perfectly.  I cannot find anything wrong with
the data (in excel) that would trigger something in a cell
to keep the previous persons' info. I pulled out the one
person that seems to be sticking and it worked fine ...
however I later discovered that it happened with someone
else's' info later on down the line.  No rhyme or reason.
Thanks for any and all suggestions!!  Grrrrr Word !!!

Please ask this in a Word or Excel group, where the experts on those apps hang out.
