Missing msvcp60.dll from a Win95 system

Help!  My bosses home computer has lost the msvcp60.dll,
and this is causing abends of some applications.  
Unfortunately, I don't have access to any Win95 systems
from which I could recover this dll, and I can't find it
on the MS web site.

Any help would be appreciated.
