Continue running scripts (ERROR)

I keep getting prompted about errors when I go on certain
sites.. i.e a prompt saying an error with scripts- or
internal errors, or invalid error......and whether to
continute running scripts on the page- I never know if to
hit yes or no- and how can I cure the problem

are set to limit certain web bages go to you broser and
change the settings then it will go awway

Close your browser windows.
Click Start> Settings> Control Panel> Internet Options> Advanced tab:
Under the 'Browsing' heading,
add a check mark to the box for "Disable script debugging",
remove the check mark for " Display a notification about every script error",
and click OK.
Re-open your browser and see if it helped.
