Tool Bar Trouble

I was trying to enlarge the page (in Paint Brush) with the mouse, and the Tool Ba
is now on the right side of the screen. I can't get it back to the bottom where it was
How do I do that please?

Grab The Taskbar (I assume that is what you mean) by a blank spot and
drag it to the bottom.
