I've been getting a pop-up box message lately when I do a
cold boot, or re-start my computer, telling me that the
EMSW.exe file is linked to missing Shell32.DLL message
above. I've looked on my hard disk, and both files seem
to be there. I've tried deleting both files, but the
message keeps returning. Whatever is happening doesn't
appear to affect my I-net connections, or anything else,
that I can tell. How do I get rid of this thing, or how
can I get the files to link up with each other, and what
does "SHGet Special Folder Path A" mean?
Thanks.

EMSW.exe is spyware/adware with trojan qualities.
You can use the Manual Removal method here to get rid of it:
http://www.pestpatrol.com/pestinfo/h/helpexpress.asp
Update your anti-virus app and then run a full-system virus scan.
Use CWShredder, the coolwebsearch removal tool:

In addition, install Ad-Aware 6 free edition, start it, click its 'Check for Updates' link in the app to install updates, then use it to scan your system, and remove what it finds.
Ad-Aware:

Download and run Hijack This, but don't remove anything with it yet:

Follow the instructions at this Tutorial:
