RUNDLL.32EXE extraction - help!

Can anybody help?  I've got the controlpanel access problem and can't seem to get the RUNDLL.32EXE file from my windows 95 cd. How do I get this file off the disc and onto the c drive?  Thanks for your help.

It is RUNDLL32.EXE not RUNDLL.32EXE
