Is it possible to make floppies from my Windows CD? I
just got an old laptop with no operating system. I don't
think and/or have floppies that may have come with my 95
Windows CD, and, of course, the laptop does not have a CD
drive... How does one load programs?
Thanks to anyone that can assist.

It depends on the version.
