I assume you mean Internet Explorer?
If so, then IE5.5 SP2

If you need a later browser than that, you can use the latest Netscape
(7.somethingorother) or Mozilla (1.6).

Addresses for Netscape and Mozilla, which the Micro$oft MVP didn't mention.

Mozilla 1.6 (Includes browser, mail client, and email client)

Mozilla Firefox (Webbrowser only, excellent performance)

Netscape 7.1 (Slightly more bloated version of Mozilla)
