My mother has just purchased a computer with windows 95 on
it and every time I go into the internet, I get internet
explorer script error coming up every 5 - 10 minutes.
What is this and why am I getting it?  Can anyone help me??

For the version, look in IE-Help-About.
Please, please (pretty please) supply the exact message for each
error.
The line number is important. "Such and such" is of no help.

Try this:
Click Start>Settings> Control Panel> Internet Options> Advanced tab:
Check the box for "Disable script debugging"
Un-check the box for "Display a notification about every script error"
Click OK.
