There is no folder. Open With items are held in the Registry as valid
Open items and unless you are proficient at the use of Regedit, it
will be safer to live with it as they are not in the one place.
If you have some specific items, then post full details and someone
may guide you.

See if you still recognize file associated to the program that you
uninstalled and right-click or Alt-Enter to see Properties. Take note of the
file type described and go to Folder Options (My Computer, View, Options,
File Types) and delete that type or reassociate with anoter program.

Yes, I do know how to operate in the Registry, I have many times.
But I notice the right click menu changes with different programs.
I deleted some software to clean up the p.c. clutter,
but the "context" menu and/or the "Open With"
box still shows them , of course it won't do anything now.
So how do i delete items no longer valid?
I know about the "uninstall" list in the registry to remove items no longer
in there that still appear in the Add/Remove box, so where's the "right
click menu and Open With" listings?
