systemboard error

I have an IBM thinkpad  with windows 95.  All was well
until recently my mouse started to drift off to the side,
I physically forced it to where I wanted.  One day I tried
booting my pc up and came up with a system board error.
Running a test showed me:
dev  086
err  22
fru  0010

I cannot get my pc past this.  How do I fix it??

IBM provides full information about the error messages produced by the
system diagnostics. Yours seems to be a motherboard failure. You can
download the documentation for your system here:
