Is there away to tell if those updates shown on the
Windows 95 Update Website have already been installed on
my computer which currently runs windows 95?

Try here first:
http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/troubleshoot/

If not, then please repost in the update group. Microsoft personnel
are there to help solve update problems.
(They may be swamped, so please be patient)

Not sure that page applies in Windows 95, as the update page is far different for that OS.  :-)
