Connection Dial-Up Window Problem

The connection window aoutmatically pops-up when the
computer is started and continues to pop-up when we are in
all applications (except when on the internet). We can
close out of it a hundred times and it continues to pop-
up.  Any idea how to prevent this?

Some program on your computer is trying to get to the Internet.

1.  Scan for viruses:
http://housecall.antivirus.com/housecall/start_corp.asp

2.  Run a scumware removal tool such as Adaware or Spybot.

3.  Hold down the Ctrl and Alt keys while you tap the Delete key
to bring up the list of running programs.  If you don't recognise
the programs that are running, post the list here.

4.  Use a startup manager to control which programs actually
start when Windows starts.  The Windows 98 version of msconfig
works, but it may violate the EULA to use it with Windows 95.  I
haven't tried this one:
