Windows 95 errors

Ever since I was forced at one point to reinstall Windows
95, I have found many problems that weren't there before.
I think it might have to do with video drivers that may no
longer be the right version.  The problems are: I can only
drag files with the mouse for a couple minutes after
logging on.  Paint and WordPad can't open any files as the
programs are "unable to register the documents."  Some
programs give error messages relating to kernel32.dll or
user32.dll when I try to open them.  Other processes are
unable to function because "there is not enough storage to
process the command."  My word processor (Corel WordPerfect
8) always has an "error copying to Windows clipboard."
Finally,(the most critical problem) when I try to open
Internet Explorer 5.5, it always reports that "Microsoft
Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to
close.  We are sorry for your inconvenience.  If you were
in the middle of something, the information you were
working on might be lost."  I hate being stuck on Netscape.
However when I try to repair IE in Add/Remove Programs in
the Control Panel, it reports that it can't be repaired
automatically and the errors are in initpki.dll, (2 errors)
dispex.dll, cryptdlg.dll, and mobsync.dll.  Could someone
please tell me how to fix these problems, and if I need
updated files, where do I download them?

I presume your reinstall was an over-install rather than a fresh clean install of win95.
What version of Internet Explorer is installed?
I suggest reinstalling the version of Internet Explorer you are using, for starters.
