When I restart my computer, the IR Monitor automatically starts. I did
remove it from Start Up folder, still it starts every time when I restart.
The program System Mechanic shows it's disabled. Where I can find this
option in registry to disable it? I use IR only to back up contacts on my
phone, so most of the time I don't need it. Thanks for any help.
