Problem Area Found: C:\ProgramFiles\MicrosoftFront

necessary file; Fp30cutl.dll.
Request assistance with resolution.

What is it that you are trying to resolve - the stalling, the disconnect, or
the report from Win Doctor?

The message from Win Doctor suggests that you have to copy the file
FP30CUTL.DLL from your Front Page installation CD to \Program
Files\Microsoft FrontPage\bin folder (or whatever other location you
installed the bin folder at). An alternative would be to install the
FrontPage 98b binary patch. But note that in most circumstances these
reports from Win Doctor can be ignored.

For your other problems you will need to provide much more detail.
