How to upgrade window 95 to 98SE

Hi guys can anyone help I gave my father in law old
Packard Bell with window 95 and I bought him a all in one
Lexmark but it won't run on 95 and I got a window 98 SE
CD-ROM and it won't boot up saying I need the upgrade
version and I tried booting from scratch ie using a flopy
from Packard Bell window 95 and message come back this is
not a good one please help

It seems that the W98SE CD you have is an OEM CD, not an upgrade CD.  You
can use the CD that you have if you format the disk and remove the existing
W95 installation before starting the install.  It is possible that you may
be able to trick the system into upgrading with this CD:
