Most Windows 95 boot discs do not install a driver for your
cd-rom drive.  Use one of the utilities at www.bootdisk.com to
create a boot floppy that includes generic cd-rom drivers.

Boot with the floppy, type r:setup [enter] to start the Windows
95 install.

If you have a W98 full retail or upgrade retail, you do not need to install
W95 first.  Simply install using the W98 CD, and insert the W95 CD if you
are asked to confirm your eligibility for an upgrade.

If you don't have a W98 boot disk, get one at www.bootdisk.com.
