Where can I get a download to upgrade from 95 to 98

Microsoft has never made W98 available for download, and probably never
will. You can get a W98 upgrade CD on eBay or perhaps through one of ht
eon-line computer software stores. Note that you need the W98 full or
upgrade retail version - the OEM version can't usually be used for an
upgrade.

You can't. (Well, not legally.)

You need to buy a Win98 or Win98 SE CD. I suggest eBay as the best place to
look these days.
