I had INSTALLER on my Desktop as a shortcut and
in my STARTUP.  It opened Install, Showed Installed
Programs and Uninstalled programs.  I was hoping
that by restoring my hard drive that the shortcut and
the startup would also reappear in the same place
it had originally been.  I don't know where to
find it or how to get it back into STARTUP.
I have Windows 95. Appreciate any help.

First, you have to tell us what program you installed to get something
called INSTALLER on the desktop or download it again.
There is no program that comes with Win95 that shows Installed and
Uninstalled programs. I am not sure why you would want a program that
shows Uninstalled programs and I can't say I am aware of such an
application.
