I have and old PC running Win95 with 32 MB RAM and a
Pentium 166MHz processor.
Over the past few days my PC has been crashing after
about 3 minuites of use no matter what applications I am
running.
The error message that comes up is:
Run-Time error '424' Object required.
I have not installed any new software recently.
Does anyone know a solution to this as a search of Google
and this site has yielded no results.
Thanks in advance.

Is your spyware / adware protection software up to date?  This sort of error
is typical of malware, which is usually very poorly written. Also, the fact
that it seems to be running in the background.
