Hi all
My computer keeps acting up at start up as though there is
an invalid floppy disc in. There is no disc in at all.
Has anbody out there got any solutions??

Thank you
Clare

That implies that the hidden files in the root of your C: partition
that make it a bootable partition have been corrupted or deleted.

So boot from a start up floppy (if you didn't make one, then get one
at http://www.bootdisk.com), and type

sys c:

that will restore those files, and you should be able to boot from
your C: drive.
