File not found

I loaded TurboTax into a puter with Win95, IE5.5.
Upon opening Turbotax ( won't open) an error message:

"A required .DLL File OLEACC.DLL was not found."

How can I resolve this problem ?

I have the same problem. Am looking on this site for
