You will have to upgrade your operating system.
You cannot use IE6 with Win95.

No. IE 5.5 is as high as you can go with Win 95.
What feature does IE 6 have that you must have? IE 5.5 will do almost
everything that IE 6 will do on the web.

Nope, you cannot run IE6 on Win95. But you can run an up-to-date
browser. Checkout the latest Mozilla (www.mozilla.org) or Mozilla
Firefox (http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/), the latest
editions of both will run on Win95.
Firefox's requirement page specifies Win98, but Win95 users say that
it works fine there.

Opera used to support 95. Haven't used it in a while but you might try it.
Mozilla is great, too.
